At Griffin Security, Mr. Carson handles operations, sales, marketing, human resources, and planning. He ensures the company adheres to state and federal regulations and oversees employee safety training. Under his leadership, the company has become the fastest-growing security firm in the Bay Area.

Before Griffin Security, Mr. Carson owned two businesses. He ran Security Code, a security company, as CEO for over a decade, providing a range of security services. Simultaneously, he served as the CEO of Troy's Bocce Ball at Morgal Hill Bowl for 14 years, during which time he built two restaurants within the bowling facility.
